The photo is great. Technically. Full of order with all the orthogonal lines. A great balance of variations which introduces a diagonal movement of the eye. Indeed a great photo.

However, there's probably one thing missing and maybe you're not talking about it but it is really apparent to me how hideous this landscape is. A land filled with skyscrappers in a middle of a desert, deep in the economic crisis to the point where they have to rename their tallest tower to a as a thank u for borrow money from a near by city. Dubai 's landscape is filled with issues that franking makes me question "WTF is this doing in a desert?" I wasn't there so I dont know if it was possible, but I though that you could have convey that idea better by perhaps showing a bit more of the foreground.

Just my 2 cent.

oasis in the desert, life, nice people, spectacular architecture:)thats all i saw there. i didnt actually see anything hideous there really. if this is hideous , the nature with its natural "green islands" is hideous either I gues... cheers:)

It almost looks like digital art. A lot of Dubai shots end up like that, because it's such a surreal-looking city.

Nice shot, kinda good to see one where Burj Khalifa isn't the focus TBH.
